Yoga classes during Covid-19

During this unusual time, most of my classes are currently being delivered online. Classes are taught via Zoom and can be booked using the ‘Book a class’ button at the bottom of the page. Most of the gyms and studios that I teach at are currently closed. 

Yoga Glow

A strong vinyasa flow class that integrates body and mind. Flow through alignment focused sequences that generate heat in the body to leave you glowing from the inside out. There is a focus on developing strength of shoulders, core and glutes to create stability in the body.

Wednesday 10.00-11.00am via Zoom

£5 per class or 8 class pack for £35 (valid for 90 days)

Evening yoga flow

A flowing yoga class which works on stability, mobility and strength. Time is spent on alignment and connection to breath to deepen awareness and improve your mind body connection. A class to leave you feeling rejuvenated and replenished. This is a mixed ability class where modifications and alternatives are offered so that you can access the class at your own level. This is currently a zoom class with plans to make it an in person class in Shrewsbury too.

Tuesday 7.15-8.15pm via Zoom
